Terms and Conditions:
- The registration fee covers seminar materials and kit, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshment break, attendance of all technical sessions (for on site participants) and publication in proceeding book, online attendance certificate and certificate for presenters.
- The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
- Student participants should provide proof of student identification on registration
- Payments are nonrefundable.
- Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via e-billing, credit card or transfer.
- Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
- At least one author for each accepted paper must register.
- Participants are charged based on their institution/ affiliation not the nationality of the first author.
- Students registration not applicable for postgraduate students.
- Submitting an extra paper is applicable only to the same presenter.
- Early bird registration closes on May 31st 2022.
Payment Guidelines
The tutorial is different for each registration. Choose of the methods that conform your registration type.
1. EDAS
This method intended for international presenter who submits their manuscript in the EDAS system. We recommend international participant to proceed the payment through EDAS Conference Management System using USD currency.
2. Loket & Registration Form
Please refer to the Loket Event Registration System for local participants. Registration form only intended for student/ IAMHPE membership.
